In sweet creative anguish. Oil on canvass

Inspired by an almost unbelievably rare psychedelic poster design for 'La Fenetre Rose' by Mike McInnerney and Dudley Edwards (shown on the Inspirations page), glimpsed in a Sunday supplement group photograph, once Borin had taught himself to paint in oils this was one of his earliest major paintings.
